K.C. College of Engineering & Information Technology was established under the aegis of the K.C. Social Welfare Trust with the vision of providing quality, career-oriented education. The institution began with four branches—Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering— each with an intake capacity of 60 students.
From the very beginning, the response was overwhelming. Within just a year, the college had carved a niche among competitors, backed by strong academics, dedicated faculty, and state-of-the-art infrastructure. Today, it continues to expand with new departments to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
The Trust strongly believes in imparting value-based, qualitative, and industry-focused education. Along with engineering, it has established the K.C. Institute of Hotel Management and the K.C. College of Education (B.Ed.), widening opportunities for students from diverse fields.
What started humbly in 1999 is now a group of torchbearer institutions in the Doaba region of Punjab. With a clear vision and unwavering determination, the K.C. Social Welfare Trust is committed to building world-class institutions that will shine not only in India but also globally.
