The Training and Placement (T&P) Department at KCCEIT plays a crucial role in preparing students for their professional careers. The department provides comprehensive support in terms of industry-specific training, personality development, and placement opportunities. It bridges the gap between academia and the corporate world, equipping students with the skills required to succeed in their respective fields.

Objectives
  • Skill Development: Equip students with the necessary skills, both technical and soft, to excel in interviews and workplace environments.
  • Industry Exposure: Provide students with exposure to real-world work scenarios through internships, guest lectures, and corporate interactions.
  • Placement Opportunities: Assist students in securing internships and full-time job placements by connecting them with leading companies.

The Training and Placement Cell conducts a variety of pre-placement training programs, including:
