Attendance: Regular attendance is compulsory in theory and practical classes.
Sessional Tests and Exams: Students must appear for sessional tests, unit tests, and preliminary examinations. Failure to appear may result in not being allowed to sit for university exams.
Minimum Marks: Students may be required to score a minimum of 60% marks in every test.
Discipline and Conduct
Discipline: Maintain strict discipline and behave dignifiedly within and outside the institute.
Ragging: Ragging is strictly prohibited and may result in instant expulsion and legal action.
Unauthorized Activities: No unauthorized groups, meetings, or fund collection without permission.
Academic Integrity
Academic Misconduct: Disruption, threats, and unauthorized aid will be penalized.
Plagiarism and Cheating: Strict policies against plagiarism and cheating, with penalties.
Additional Rules
Registration: Priority registration at the start of each session.
Anti-Ragging Forms: Mandatory forms to be filled and maintained by the department.
General Rules & Regulations
Students are responsible for knowing and following all College rules. Ignorance of rules is not an excuse.
Loud talking, loitering, or gathering in verandas that disturb others is strictly prohibited.
Late arrival or early departure from class will be recorded as absence.
Students must maintain decorum and show respect to faculty and staff. Any staff member has the authority to curb disorderly behavior.
Operating machinery or equipment without instructor’s permission is not allowed.
Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited. Violators will face disciplinary action as decided by the Principal.
The College is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Neglect of studies and unsatisfactory progress will result in two warnings. Continued negligence may lead to expulsion.
Students must observe all safety precautions. The College is not liable for accidents in campus, hostel, playgrounds, or during tours/training.
Ragging, political activities, or approaching the press are strictly forbidden. Violations will result in expulsion.
Damage to College/Hostel property must be compensated by the student responsible.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
Students must carry their ID cards at all times and present them when requested by staff.
Associations or clubs may be formed only with prior approval of the Director-Principal.
Medical concessions require a certificate from a government hospital/dispensary, submitted within a week of rejoining. Attendance requirements remain unchanged.
Possession or use of alcohol/drugs on campus or hostel will invite strict disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.
Failure to submit the University exam form without approval from the Director-Principal will result in removal from College rolls.
Students must regularly check notice boards. Notices displayed are considered officially communicated.
Students who fail to clear all dues (including hostel fees) will be debarred from semester examinations.
The Director-Principal reserves the right to amend College rules. Their decision is final in all matters.
At admission, students must undergo a medical examination and obtain a certificate from the KC Group’s Medical Officer.
Students leaving the College before completing their studies must obtain a final clearance certificate.
